We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused in store Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries both in person and over the phone
• Conduct product demos and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist with merchandising, stock organization, and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Support sales efforts through effective communication, product recommendations, and upselling techniques
• Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and time management skills during busy periods

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred
• Familiarity with cashiering, basic math, and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Experience in product demos or merchandising is advantageous
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and courtesy

Pay: $17.85-$28.45 per hour
