What You’ll DoReporting to the CIO, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their software and hardware systems run seamlessly. This is a permanent, full-time role that blends IT troubleshooting with high-level administrative management.
Technical Support & Training- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Provide first-tier support via phone and email for our suite of communication tools and end-user computer systems.
- Installations: Perform basic software installs and upgrades.
- Empower Clients: Train and support medical staff on how to use our tools effectively, showing patience and empathy for varying tech-literacy levels.
- Escalation: Prioritize and redirect complex issues to the appropriate team members as required.
Operations & Administration- Client Management: Manage the administrative lifecycle of new and existing client files, including registrations, activations, and follow-ups.
- Office Support: Maintain a high-energy, polished professional presence while managing clerical tasks and daily communications.
What You Bring- Education: Post-secondary education or a related diploma.
- Tech Proficiency: Secure knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word) and strong comfort with both Windows and Mac environments/browsers.
- Communication: Exceptional telephone manner and professional written skills for communicating with everyone from office staff to hospital executives.
- The "X-Factor": Strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a natural instinct for taking initiative.
- Experience (Asset): Previous experience in the healthcare industry, retail, help desk, or customer service. Familiarity with Maximizer CRM is a significant plus.

Salary range $52,000 to $58,000 depending on experience.
Must be Canadian Citizen or permanent resident living in the Greater Vancouver area.
