Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product-related questions and basic troubleshooting
- Document interactions and update records in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met
- Provide clear information about services, features, and updates
- Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback and identifying common issues
Requirements- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
- Previous experience in customer support is an asset but not required

Pay: $36,218.55-$71,758.35 per year
