• Greet and check-in patients
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
• Answer phone calls, emails and text messages promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
• Handle administrative tasks
• Provide estimates of treatment costs and discuss financial options, including insurance coverage
• Handle billing inquiries and process patient payments
• Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims
• Provide support to our team, assisting in all areas of office where required

• Administrative experience required.
• Experience in a dental setting would be considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with dental office procedures, billing and scheduling a significant asset
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A professional, friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

This is a full-time position, with a consistent schedule that requires two evenings and one Saturday per month.
