About the roleWe are a distributor for an established European beauty brand, and our Shopify store just launched. This is a focused, single-brand role — you won't be juggling multiple clients or products. Your entire attention will be on one goal: driving qualified traffic to our Shopify store and converting that traffic into sales through digital advertising. Brand content and assets are supplied, so your focus will be on strategy, execution, and results.
What this role is — and isn'tThis is not a generalist social media role. We are not looking for someone to write captions or manage an organic feed. We need someone who has actually driven traffic and sales through digital ads — someone who understands conversion optimization, campaign structure, audience targeting, and how to turn ad spend into revenue. Shopify experience and a track record of measurable e-commerce results are essential, not nice-to-haves.
What you'll be doing- Planning and executing digital ad campaigns designed to drive traffic and sales to our Shopify store
- Managing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads, optimizing continuously for conversions and ROAS
- Configuring the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel within Shopify to ensure accurate conversion tracking from ad click to purchase
- Adapting supplied brand content into high-converting ad creatives for each platform
- Reporting on key metrics — traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, CPC — and making data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Building retargeting audiences from Shopify store visitors to recapture interest and close sales
What we're looking for- A proven track record of driving traffic and sales to an e-commerce store through digital advertising — we will ask you about specific results
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager — agency, freelance, or in-house
- Solid understanding of Shopify — how the store, analytics, and ad integrations connect to drive sales
- Genuine feel for what converts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — especially in beauty and lifestyle
- Self-directed and comfortable owning results in a lean, startup environment
- Familiarity with Google Analytics

Pay: $22.50-$27.50 per hour
