Role Overview:We’re looking for a driven Digital Sales Specialist to generate and close new business. Your focus is simple: identify small businesses that need a stronger online presence, start conversations, and close deals.
This is a performance-based contract role with uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Do:- Prospect and reach out to small businesses (primarily via Facebook, Instagram, and direct outreach)
- Start conversations with business owners and identify needs
- Pitch our website design and monthly management services
- Handle objections and close deals confidently
- Maintain a simple pipeline of leads and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (DMs, comments, messaging)
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Sales experience is an asset (but not required if you can sell)
- Familiarity with small business pain points is a plus
