The role- Owns the overall marketing strategy and growth roadmap across all channels
- Leads all brand collaboration and community partnership outreach: identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with aligned wellness brands, local organizations, and community partners
- Develops and executes a community-building strategy that drives membership growth, retention, and brand loyalty
- Curates and plans all event programming: workshops, speaker series, retreats, special events, networking opportunities, and brand activations
- Manages end-to-end event coordination and execution with support from the Chief of Staff & Operations
- Builds and owns the marketing roadmap: channel selection, campaign timing, messaging and tone, ad copy direction, and paid media approach
- Integrates influencer strategy, PR, and community events into a cohesive growth calendar
- Drives revenue-generating initiatives through partnerships, events, retail activations, and community programming
- Directly oversees the Brand & Digital Manager and collaborates with them on:
- Social media strategy, execution and engagement
- Newsletter and email marketing
- Influencer partnerships and content creation
- Website management and digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinates with outsourced functions (professional photography, paid media, PR) to ensure execution quality and brand consistency
- Works with the Clinical & Wellness Director and Head of Movement & Breathwork to integrate service offerings into community and event programming
- Reports directly to the CEO and contributes to broader organizational strategy discussions
- Attends weekly meetings to help drive the overall growth, values and development of the Practice

Who you are- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or business development, ideally within wellness, hospitality, retail, or a community-driven brand
- A strong instinct for brand, tone, and storytelling
- Experience managing partnerships and negotiating collaborations
- A track record of executing events or campaigns that drive real engagement and growth
- Comfort working in both strategy and hands-on execution
