Job SummaryRetro Appliance is looking for a Dispatcher to support our growing service team. This role is the hub of our day-to-day operations—coordinating incoming service calls and ensuring our technicians are scheduled efficiently.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and book service appointments
- Dispatch technicians based on location, urgency, and availability
- Manage and adjust daily schedules in real time
- Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians throughout the day
- Maintain accurate service records and job details
- Provide a professional and responsive customer experience
Key Skills & Experience- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, or administrative experience is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
