Position OverviewWe are hiring an E-Commerce & Product Entry Associate to support our growing online store. This role focuses primarily on adding and optimizing products on our website, ensuring accuracy, organization, and strong search visibility.
This is an in-office position only. Our team operates collaboratively, so while your primary focus will be product and SEO work, you may occasionally assist with other areas such as shipping, receiving, or administrative tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Add and manage products on our e-commerce website
- Write and format product descriptions (training provided)
- Assist with basic search engine optimization (SEO) tasks
- Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and organization
- Support website updates and ongoing improvements
- Assist with shipping and receiving during busy periods (occasional)
- Help with invoicing and dealer account support (based on experience and training)

- Positive attitude and reliability
Assets (not required):- Experience with e-commerce, WordPress, or data entry
- Interest in automotive or trucking industry
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
Requirements- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Must be able to work in-office (no remote work available)
- Must be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- This position is not open to international applicants or students
