Duties- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that incorporate technology tools to enhance learning experiences
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting instructional methods and materials accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and families to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure inclusive classroom practices
- Utilize computer skills to operate educational software, manage digital resources, and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Assist in classroom management, ensuring a safe, organized, and stimulating environment for children
- Lead small group activities focused on early childhood development, including language, social skills, and motor coordination
- Maintain effective communication with team members and families regarding children's progress and needs
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and instructional technology
Requirements- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or related educational environments
- Knowledge of child development principles, special education strategies, and inclusive practices for children with disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration among staff and families
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to guide activities and support team members
- Experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and time management skills are essential
- A background or training in early childhood education or related certification is preferred but not mandatory
