Lead Early Childhood Educator (ECE) & IT - 7+ YearsWe are seeking outstanding, enthusiastic, and experienced Lead ECE & IT Teachers with over 7 years of experience who are passionate about working with young children in our Infant/Toddler and Preschool classrooms. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of early childhood learning theories, effective teaching strategies, and best practices in classroom management and guidance.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a nurturing and resourceful approach, and a positive, independent mindset.
Location & HoursCEFA Sunnyside
All centers operate from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Work schedules will vary within these hours, with advance notice provided.
Wage- $24–$26 per hour, based on education and experience
- An additional $6 per hour for qualified educators, in accordance with BC Wage Enhancement Regulations

Experience & Skills- Minimum of 7 years of relevant Canadian experience
- Leadership experience is mandatory
- CEFA experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English communication
Job Requirements- Valid BC ECE & IT / SN Certificate
- Cleared Criminal Record Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid Food Safe Certificate, or willingness to obtain one prior to the start date
- 19 years of age or older
