Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ECE IT, and ECEA professional to support early childhood education programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a background in working with children, including those with disabilities. This role involves integrating technology into educational settings, assisting with curriculum development, and supporting teachers in creating engaging learning environments. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners’ development while utilizing your organizational and leadership skills.

Wage starts $23 for ECEIT before WE and $20 for ECEA

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in developing and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that incorporate technology
• Collaborate with educators to adapt materials for children with diverse needs
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom organization, including scheduling and time management to ensure smooth daily routines
• Lead small groups or individual sessions as needed to support children’s learning and development goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and special education strategies
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to adapt guiding methods for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
• Time management skills

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
