Job DescriptionWe are a growing virtual psychotherapy clinic with a strong and consistent referral base for trauma-focused services. Due to high demand, we are currently seeking an EMDR Consultant or Consultant-in-Training to join our team on a contract basis.
At present, our clinic is receiving more EMDR consultation inquiries than we are able to accommodate, and we are looking to bring on a qualified clinician to support this demand.
This is an ideal opportunity for a consultant who is looking to:

This is a fully remote position open to clinicians across Canada.

Responsibilities- Provide EMDR consultation to therapists (individual, dyadic, and/or group formats)
- Support consultees in working toward EMDR certification and/or to continue building their clinical skills and confidence with EMDR
- Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Collaborate as needed with the clinic team
Qualifications- EMDRIA-approved EMDR Certified Therapist required
- EMDRIA-approved EMDR Consultant or Consultant-in-Training
- Registered and in good standing with a regulatory body in Canada (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW, CPO, or equivalent provincial college)
- Professional liability insurance
Preferred:- Approved Clinical Supervisor with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), or eligible to provide clinical supervision in accordance with CRPO guidelines
- Ability to provide both EMDR consultation and clinical supervision to therapists seeking dual hours
Compensation- Competitive split based on consultation services
- Strong referral volume with minimal marketing required
