• Able to read and interpret shop drawings.

• Create shop drawings using AutoCAD from site template laser, measurements and manually created templates.
• Work with project coordinators and sales to alter shop drawings as required.
• Create sink templates in AutoCAD from digital or manual drawings and from the sinks themselves.
• Know edge profile names, specifications and radii or clip dimensions for corners and returns.
• Have a solid knowledge of production and installation processes and procedures.
• Create drawings for Fusion and CNC machines.
• Create templates, orders and parts in IPS.
• Strong knowledge of material types, colors and characteristics.
• Nest parts on slabs and remnants with Synergy and IPS, maximizing material usage, to create g-code for the Fusion.
• Use Alpha Stone to create g-code for the CNC machines; optimizing runtime.
• Ensure parts being sent to production are of an appropriate size and shape to reduce breakage and meet customer expectations.
• Fill out work records and schedules as required.
• Understand the production process and efficiently use time and resources to aid this process.
• Ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Assist in production as necessary.
