Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions through effective communication.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential client opportunities and assisting in outreach efforts.

- Assist in conducting analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach through sales efforts.
- Participate in marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via digital channels.
- Support technical sales processes by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic understanding of outside sales, negotiation, and account management principles.
- Interest or experience in business development, marketing, or technology sales preferred.
