Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with computer sales, upgrades, accessories, and service inquiries
- Provide basic technical guidance and help customers choose the right products
- Create quotes, invoices, and sales orders
- Support technicians by gathering customer information and booking service jobs
- Learn and maintain knowledge of PC components, laptops, networking gear, and IT services
- Keep the storefront clean, organized, and customer‑friendly
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Basic understanding of computers, components, and common tech terms
- Willingness to learn more about IT, hardware, and technical sales
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
