We are partnering on a confidential search for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional to lead and elevate HSE strategy across a growing North American operation.

📍 Location: Canada-based

💰 Compensation: $90K–$120K + bonus

✈️ Travel: Up to 50% across Canada, USA & internationally

🏖️ Perks: 3 weeks vacation + benefits after 3 months

This is a high-impact role for someone who can balance hands-on field engagement with strategic leadership.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Build and influence a strong culture of health & safety
• Lead through change management and operational transformation
• Be both consultative and technical — a true “teacher” and coach in the field
• Drive HSE compliance, audits, investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites

Key Requirements:

• CRSP Certification (required)
• 8+ years of HSE experience
• Strong oil & gas / pipeline industry background
• Proven success implementing HSE programs aligned with ISO / OHSAS standards
• Experience leading audits, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and safety culture initiatives
• Ability to influence teams across a distributed workforce without direct authority
