Take the OpportunityJoin a team that’s passionate about making a real impact on the environment. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing complex reclamation, remediation, and site assessment projects to life across Western Canada.
This is a dynamic, team-focused role where you’ll blend technical environmental knowledge with strong organizational and coordination skills. You’ll support project managers and field teams, help keep projects on track and on budget, and contribute to meaningful environmental outcomes, from site assessments to successful reclamation and closure.

Make a Difference- Coordinate environmental projects including reclamation, remediation, and site assessments (Stage I, II, ESAs)
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution of field programs and reporting deliverables
- Track project progress, and key milestones to ensure work is completed on time and within scope
- Prepare and format technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions
- Assist with reclamation planning, site assessments, and reclamation certificate applications
- Maintain organized project documentation and data using tools like SharePoint and Teams
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Support invoicing, cost tracking, and financial coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and project delivery
- Lead and champion a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality across all areas of operation
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, while fostering continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory and external client requirements
Showcase your Education & Expertise- Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Biology or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in environmental consulting, project coordination
- Experience with reclamation or environmental assessment projects is an asset
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations and guidelines in Western Canada (BCER experience is an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Teams/SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and willingness to support occasional field work
- A strong team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and sharing knowledge
