Job Description:BPH-X Ltd. is currently hiring an experienced Multi Equipment Operator to join our team for ongoing work in Northern Ontario. We are looking for a dependable operator with experience running multiple pieces of heavy equipment, specifically dozers, loaders, and excavators in construction, industrial, and mining environments.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, hardworking, and able to operate efficiently in fast-paced job site conditions.
Responsibilities:- Safely operate heavy equipment including:
- Complete daily circle checks and equipment inspections
- Report mechanical issues, defects, or maintenance requirements promptly
- Perform excavation, grading, backfilling, material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Follow site plans, grade stakes, and supervisor direction
- Work safely around ground crews, utilities, and active job sites
- Maintain clean equipment and complete required logbooks/documentation
- Assist with labour duties as required
Requirements:- Minimum 2+ years experience operating heavy equipment
- Experience operating dozer, loader, and excavator is required
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Experience in construction, industrial, civil, or mining projects mandatory
- Strong understanding of safe operating practices and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to travel or work out of town if required
