We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Events and Marketing Coordinator who loves bringing communities together through events, webinars, and meaningful industry conversations. In this role, you will help create experiences that leaders in Employee Experience, HR, and Internal Communications genuinely want to attend. Think executive dinners, thought-provoking webinars, conferences, and community collaborations. You will also play a key role in turning engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue by helping convert attendees and registrants into meaningful sales conversations. Another key part of this role is capturing and sharing real-time moments from events and conferences, helping bring the LineZero community experience to life across our digital channels.

What You'll Do1. Create Events People Talk About- Plan and execute VIP dinners, roundtables, conferences, and industry events
- Represent LineZero at events and build relationships with leaders in HR, EX, and Internal Communications
- Work closely with sales to identify and invite the right attendees
- Ensure every event sparks conversations that lead to opportunities
2. Create and Capture Live Event Content- Capture photos and short-form video clips during conferences and events
- Document key moments, insights, and conversations to extend the reach of LineZero events online
- Create quick social clips or attendee interviews that can be shared on LinkedIn
3. Run Engaging Webinars- Coordinate and execute webinars and virtual programs
- Work with internal team, customers, partners, and industry experts as speakers
- Manage promotion, registrations, and event logistics
- Repurpose content across all marketing channels
4. Build Community and Influencer Relationships- Partner with industry influencers, customers, and thought leaders
- Help grow LineZero's presence in the Employee Experience and Internal Communications community
5. Turn Engagement Into Pipeline- Design follow-up strategies for webinars and events
- Coordinate automated nurture campaigns and personal outreach
- Work with sales to convert registrants and attendees into SQLs and SAOs
- Track engagement and continuously improve conversion from event to opportunity
6. Measure What Matters- Monitor registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline influenced
- Collaborate with sales to understand which programs drive real opportunities
- Optimize programs based on performance and feedback
Success in this role means turning marketing engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue.
