The Review Course in Family Medicine and Vital FM Update host incredible medical conferences across Canada, and we are seeking an exceptional Event & Operations Assistant to help us with every detail of planning and flawlessly executing our world-class events.

The Opportunity- You will support our virtual and live events ecosystem for our two highly integrated brands: The Review Course, Canada's top-rated CCFP exam prep course, and Vital FM Update, its CME-accredited counterpart for practicing clinicians.
- Your scope will include approximately 4-5 live events per year across Canada, plus two major virtual course offerings, with more as we grow.
Core Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities- World-Class Attendee Experience: Support the customer experience journey for our event attendees, providing professional, personally tailored communication. Serve as a primary point of contact for attendee and customer inquiries, from registration troubleshooting to on-site support. Ensure customer communications across email and social media are replied to within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Digital Platform Support: Use the registration and hosting ecosystem to support customer inquiries, including creating coupon codes in our learning management software (e.g. Learnworlds) and troubleshooting customer concerns, ensuring seamless integration between website assets and course delivery tools e.g. Learnworlds, Wix.
- Marketing & Content Support: Assist with marketing tasks including drafting and publishing posts to social media and podcasts and liaising with medical editors and video editor to keep our content pipeline moving.
- End-to-End Event Production:Assist with the end-to-end planning and flawless execution of all in-person and virtual events, following all the steps in our proven process including venue research, vendor negotiation, catering, insurance, and preparing event documents.
- Operational & Financial Excellence: Help maintain and update existing event budgets for lead and founder approval. Provide support for vendor and speaker payments using Float Financial. Help issue and track sponsor invoices using Wave Apps to ensure timely payment.
