With an outstanding reputation for professionalism and quality service in our field, Royal LePage Desert Oasis Realty is looking for a Real Estate Deal Administrator / Executive Assistant to join our team!
Some of your Responsibilities and Duties will include:- Taking calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing all paperwork associated with real estate transactions and preparation for conveyancing
- Accounts payable
- Banking
- Prepare and distribute monthly agent expense statements
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Update Social Media on a regular basis
- Other basic administrative duties as needed
Requirements:- Must be enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite ( Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent command of the English language including verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines - Experience with Lonewolf is an advantage
Preference will be given to individuals who have experience in the real estate industry as a deal administrator using LoneWolf products. However, training will be provided to an exceptional candidate who has proven ability in administration.
