Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Location: Downtown Vancouver

The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our Management Team and help keep the business running smoothly day‑to‑day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in being the person who “just gets things done.”
You will act as a key support to the Management Team, responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling office operations, and assisting with a wide range of administrative and ad‑hoc projects as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars and schedules for the Management Team, including coordinating appointments, calls, and travel as required
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing materials, booking rooms, and handling follow‑ups
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers; assist with vendor coordination and ongoing relationships
- Oversee day‑to‑day office management, including maintaining the office pantry and ensuring the office is organized and well‑functioning
- Provide general administrative support to the Management Team as needed
- Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc requests as they arise
- Act as a trusted, reliable support to help keep executives focused on higher‑value business priorities
Requirements- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Can‑do attitude and self‑starter mindset — you take initiative, anticipate needs, and are comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where priorities may evolve
Experience- Prior experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management role required
- Experience in hospitality and/or real estate is an asset, but not required

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
