The OpportunityWe are hiring outbound Executive Outreach Specialists to support the launch of our May 20 session featuring Rashik Parmar MBE, an IBM Fellow, former CTO EMEA, 39 years at IBM, $11 billion in revenue impact, former Group CEO of BCS and Harvard Business Review published author.
Your role is focused and specific. You will call and email senior technology leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and VPs) from a qualified lead list, follow a proven call script and generate registrations for the session. You are not closing on the call. Your job is to create enough curiosity to send an overview email and capture a work email address. We handle registration and payment from there.
What You Will DoCall senior technology executives from a segmented lead list across North America and the UK using a structured call script with full objection handling guidance. Send follow-up emails to warm leads using pre-written templates. Log call outcomes and email captures in a shared tracking sheet. Work assigned geographic segments during optimal call windows: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM local time for office numbers and 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM for direct mobiles.
What We Are Looking For- 1 to 3 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience.
- Proven track record of cold calling senior decision makers.
- Comfortable speaking with C-suite executives and navigating executive assistants.
- Professional phone presence and strong written communication.
- Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS or professional services is a strong plus.
- Remote sales experience preferred.
- Ability to start immediately.
CompensationCommission only. Paid per qualified registration attributed to your outreach. OTE $2,000 to $5,000 CAD over the three-week campaign window depending on volume and conversion. Strong performers have meaningful upside given the session's corporate bundle and vendor seat pricing.
