About Us:

Kosh & Chai is a vibrant café and restaurant located in the heart of Toronto at St. Clair and Dufferin. We’re passionate about serving delicious food in a warm, welcoming environment.

We are seeking an experienced Café Cook to join our kitchen team and assist with daily operations.

Working hours: 08:00–14:00, with Friday evenings and Saturdays off.

• Experience working in a cafe kitchen
• Passion for cooking with a focus on quality and consistency
• Punctual, reliable, ideally living close to St. Clair & Dufferin or with reliable transportation
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items with care and attention to detail
• Assist with food prep, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
