Responsibilities- Develop and implement daily lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of children
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
- Encourage social interaction, cooperation, and positive behavior among children
- Monitor and document children's progress, behaviors, and milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's activities and development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for children
- Collaborate with team members to enhance program quality and address individual needs
Experience- Prior classroom experience working with young children is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in teaching or early childhood education is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and patience are essential for fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and education is necessary to succeed in this role
