Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care by answering questions, clarifying medication instructions, and supporting patient needs
• Maintain detailed records of medication transactions and patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing insurance claims
• Ensure the pharmacy environment adheres to safety standards and cleanliness protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospital or pharmacy setting is required
• Pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
