The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience. This is a fast-paced role requiring a detail-oriented professional who excels in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Technical Assessment: As part of our commitment to safety, candidates may be required to demonstrate their proficiency on a 4,000lb capacity electric counterbalance forklift during the in-person interview.
Key Responsibilities- Forklift Operations: Expertly operate a counterbalance forklift in tight spaces, including stacking and racking pallets at heights of up to 19 feet.
- Shipping & Receiving: Accurately load, unload, and stage orders. Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips/pick sheets to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Conduct daily order picking and secure pallets using hand stretch wrap for safe transport.
- Inventory Integrity: Maintain strict inventory control; organize and rotate stock according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures.
- Container De-stuffing: Efficiently unload 20' and 40' floor-loaded containers; palletize and wrap products according to specifications.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including the proper disposal of waste and recycling.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience (required).
- Certification: Valid Counterbalance Forklift License/Certification with at least 3 years of active operating experience.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift and move 40–75 lbs repetitively.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle, as our location is not conveniently served by public transit.
