Our client is a leading industrial automation organization supporting complex assembly and manufacturing projects across North America.
Who this role is for:This opportunity is well suited to a hands-on Fanuc Robot Programmer who has real-world experience working with 3D vision systems in production environments.
This role is not limited to offline programming. It is best suited to someone who has been on the floor, commissioning systems, troubleshooting issues in real time, and working closely with integration teams to bring robotic cells into operation.
The ideal candidate is comfortable owning their work from setup through optimization, with a strong understanding of how vision systems interact with robotic applications in practical environments.
What you will be doing:- Program and modify Fanuc robots using Teach Pendant (TP)
- Set up and configure Fanuc 3DV (3D Vision) systems for robotic applications
- Support commissioning, debugging, and optimization of robotic cells
- Troubleshoot vision-guided applications, including camera setup, lighting, and calibration
- Work closely with integration teams and on-site personnel to ensure successful system deployment
- Travel to customer sites across North America as required
What we’re looking for:- Proven experience programming Fanuc robots in production environments
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc 3DV (3D Vision systems) — this is required
- Strong troubleshooting ability with both robot programs and vision systems
- Experience with robot integration, commissioning, and on-site support
- Ability to work in fast-paced, build-focused environments
- Willingness and ability to travel
Nice to have:- Fanuc certifications
- Experience with iRVision or other vision platforms
- Background in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
