About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptionally organized, highly detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Fashion Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside Noor in managing both creative and operational aspects of the business. This role is ideal for someone with experience or strong interest in fashion management, design, bridal, or luxury retail who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring structure, accountability, and precision to every part of the business. You will be responsible for helping oversee custom orders, maintaining flawless organization of order files, ensuring team accountability, and keeping daily operations running efficiently. This position requires someone who naturally notices details, catches mistakes before they happen, and can keep multiple moving parts fully aligned.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Production Oversight- Work directly with Noor on custom bridal and formalwear orders
- Organize, maintain, and update highly detailed order files for every client
- Review measurements, customizations, design notes, and production details for complete accuracy
- Ensure all order changes, client preferences, and deadlines are clearly documented
- Track production progress, fittings, alterations, and delivery timelines
- Help prevent missed details or production errors through strong organizational systems
- Assist with quality control and final order review
Team Accountability & Operational Support- Keep managers, stylists, and production teams organized and aligned
- Follow up consistently to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Help maintain operational systems, checklists, and internal workflows
- Identify inefficiencies, missed tasks, or communication gaps
- Assist in improving store productivity and reducing operational chaos
- Help ensure all departments stay on track
Executive & Personal Support- Manage Noor’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and day-to-day scheduling
- Support project coordination across multiple brands and locations
- Assist with launches, events, photoshoots, and major projects
- Provide reliable personal and professional support in a demanding, high-growth environment
Fashion & Creative Coordination- Support design organization, sourcing, and project management
- Assist in maintaining brand standards across operations
- Help bridge creative vision with production execution
Ideal Candidate- Extremely organized and naturally detail-oriented
- Strong administrative and operational skills
- Background in fashion management, design, bridal, or luxury retail preferred
