Summary'We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in the Timmins, ON Area, you will be instrumental in providing on-site technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ IT infrastructure and Printing devices. This role is vital to helping us uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and reliable technology solutions.'
Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Office equipment, Computer hardware and software components at client sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networking, hardware, and software.
- Provide on-site support for Copier/Printer, system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance.
- Work within our call centre support team, to support our MSP clients
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Document service activities accurately using or in house call software
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain technical solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends relevant to field support.'
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS O365, computer networking, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client sites.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in a 3 hour radius
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are preferred.'
Must have Copier Service training any Manufacturer
Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
