As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you will help guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. From navigating financing options to explaining warranty packages, you will play a key role in delivering an experience that is personal, smooth, and stress-free.

Compensation: 100% commission, with earning potential of up to $100,000+ annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the bridge between lenders and clients, securing the best financing solutions for every unique situation.
• Process lease and finance deals efficiently and accurately.
• Present insurance, warranties, and protection options in a way that adds confidence and value.
• Keep our sales team sharp with the latest on finance programs and offerings.
• Ensure all client documentation is clean, clear, and compliant.

What You Bring:

• A strong sales background and a passion for helping people
• Previous F&I or automotive sales/finance experience
• A working knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending
• Confidence in reading credit reports and guiding customers through financial decisions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
