JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Accounting & Shared Services Support- Validate and reconcile AR subledger and complete invoice entry into SAP
- AR payment entry, clearing and reconciliation in SAP
- Run AR Aging report
- Based on AR Aging Report, determine which customers should be sent an AR Statement
- Run AR Statements for target customers and distribute to customers
- Communicate with customers, business owner & partners - current payments status, payment schedule, request for invoice copies, follow up outstanding items
- Verify receipts and match PO's to invoices
- Entry of AP invoices for the purpose of reviewing and processing payments
- Other administrative tasks as required
Trade & Pricing Support- Deduction processing support including entry and uploads into TSS system
- Download deduction backup and consolidate files from Customer portals
- SAP upload of off invoice customer feature activity
- Daily review of EDI pricing report and follow-up on issues
- Calculation of monthly, semi annual and annual rebates reports
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Support
- Weekly and monthly volume and sales reporting
- Trade Spend deduction maintenance, reporting, and analysis
- Urner Barry egg price tracking
QUALIFICATIONS:- 3rd year or above College or University.
- Actively enrolled in a recognized CO-OP PROGRAM.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel required.
- Intermediate level of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in an accurate manner.
