A Financial Services Manager at a dealership is responsible for handling financial aspects of car sales. They secure financing for customers, prepare loan documents, and ensure legal compliance. They also offer additional products like warranties and insurance, contributing to the dealership's revenue and providing customers with financing options.
- Maintain a fast-paced work environment, handling 30+ turnovers monthly.
- Implement dealership policies and procedures.
- Report problem deals to management promptly.
- Address missing stipulations from lenders without delay.
- Uphold professional ethics and respect for customers.
- Familiarity with provincial regulations and legislation.
- Maintain accuracy and transparency in deal representation.
- Perform credit interviews and prepare credit applications.
- Maintain customer information confidentiality.
- Stay updated on lender programs and evaluate new offerings.
- Provide financial information and analyze business performance factors.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:- 2-3 years of automotive industry experience.
- Previous finance experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of sales, finance, and management.
- Proven track record of goal achievement.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial figures.
- Effective prioritization skills to meet business targets.
