OverviewRiverside Honda and Ski-Doo is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our finance office operations, guiding customers through the final stages of their purchase journey. You’ll be responsible for securing credit approvals and presenting F&I products that protect our customers' investments in their new powersports vehicles.
Salary & Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission structure (negotiable based on experience and proven track record).
Key Responsibilities- Customer Finance & Sales: Work directly with customers to secure credit approvals and provide expert consultations on ancillary products, including loan insurance, extended warranties, and protection packages.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to ensure competitive rates and quick turnaround times for our clients.
- Communication Excellence: Provide premium customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, managing the documentation process from application to funding.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all financial regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards to ensure every deal is "bulletproof."
- Department Growth: Monitor department performance metrics and collaborate with the sales team to maximize per-unit profit and customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualifications- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in F&I management, preferably within the powersports, automotive, or marine industries.
- Sales Acumen: A demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and "sell from the desk" with a customer-first approach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and lead management tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a collaborative "team-player" mindset, and an eagle eye for detail in contract processing.
