Job DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager (F&I) to join our team. You will be responsible for structuring deals, working with lenders, and closing financing transactions while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities- Structure and finalize automotive financing deals (prime & subprime)
- Work with multiple lenders to secure approvals
- Present financing options, warranties, and protection products
- Maximize profit per deal while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensure all deals are compliant and funded
- Follow up with clients and manage your pipeline
Compensation- Commission-based role (uncapped earnings)
- Expected earnings: $80,000 – $200,000+ per year
- High deal volume = strong income potential
Requirements- Experience in automotive finance (F&I preferred)
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Comfortable working with all credit types
- Organized, driven, and performance-oriented
- Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
