We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software platforms and possess strong analytical skills to support budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure ledger accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Assist with budgeting processes, forecasts, and financial planning activities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule using appropriate payroll systems
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications- Proven previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks would be an asset
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Prior experience with budgeting and financial forecasting is a plus
- Knowledge of office equipment (scanners, multiphone line system etc.)
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Work well with others in a team environment

Pay:$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
