Duties- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions
- Oversee bookkeeping activities and maintain precise accounting records
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support business decision-making
- Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to safeguard company assets
- Perform account reconciliation to verify accuracy of financial data
- Support corporate finance initiatives, including investment planning and cost management
- Assist in business development efforts by providing financial insights and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Lead financial projects, including cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance
Experience- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles with a strong understanding of financial services and corporate finance principles
- Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience in budgeting, cost management, and investment analysis is highly desirable
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence decision-making processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in risk analysis and risk management strategies
- Familiarity with financial software systems and tools used for account reconciliation and reporting
- Prior experience in business development or strategic planning within a financial context is a plus
