Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in various financial software and business intelligence tools, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively. Bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are a plus. The position involves working with diverse databases and ERP systems, supporting investment decisions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Duties

• Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance of finance trackers and logs.
• Support invoice processing, including verification of documentation and coding accuracy.
• Assist with purchase order (PO) and non-PO workflows and documentation tracking.
• Support period-end close activities such as reconciliations and accrual support.
• Prepare routine Excel-based reports and data extracts.
• Maintain audit-ready supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations or transactional accounting.
• Strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, data cleaning).
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

In Return, You Will Receive:

• $33.65 per hour
• Paid weekly, every Friday.
• Opportunity for extension of contract
• 4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it
• Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends

The Shift You Will Be Working is:

• Monday to Friday
• Days 8:00am to 4:00pm
