Finance Regulatory Reporting, Non-Mortgage Loans (MS Excel) - Job DescriptionThe project involves preparing and supporting the filing of non-mortgage loan reports to Canadian regulatory bodies, such as OSFI and Statistics Canada. The role requires refining existing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements using strong MS Excel skills.
Finance Regulatory Reporting, Non-Mortgage Loans (MS Excel) - Responsibilities- Prepare and support the filing of A2 and AS non-mortgage loan reports to OSFI and Statistics Canada.
- Provide additional regulatory support for related reporting activities as requested by the FRR leadership team.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive procedure documentation for regulatory reporting processes.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and validate reporting workflows.
- Conduct reviews of existing documentation to reflect process updates and align formatting.
- Ensure documentation adheres to the bank’s internal standards and regulatory expectations.
Finance Regulatory Reporting, Non-Mortgage Loans (MS Excel) - Mandatory Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, compliance, or financial documentation roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Familiarity with OSFI, Statistics Canada, and/or Bank of Canada reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Finance Regulatory Reporting, Non-Mortgage Loans (MS Excel) – Nice-to-Have Skills- Financial reporting and accounting-related designation (CPA, CMA, CA, CGA, CFA).
- Hands-on experience with A2 and AS non-mortgage loan reports.
- Knowledge of macros in MS Excel.
- Experience dealing with Canadian regulators.
