- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including baked goods and desserts made from scratch
- Plan menus that meet resident client preferences and dietary / allergy requirements, and budgeted food costs
- Manage food inventory, ordering, storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation following Matrix food safety plan
- Train, support, and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and team-focused work environment
Requirements- Experience preparing meals for small and large groups in a remote camp kitchen setting
- Culinary Diploma or Red Seal Designation, Food Safe Handling Certificate, Advanced First Aid Certificate; required
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP procedures, and proper food storage practices
- Ability to lead, train, and coach kitchen staff when required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and teamwork
