The Borough Market Bistro is seeking a dynamic, service-driven Front of House Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role works directly alongside the General Manager and is instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all service formats.
This is a hands-on leadership position—you will be actively serving while leading and supporting the front-of-house team through service.
About UsThe Borough Market Bistro is a boutique dining destination known for elevated, guest-focused experiences. With 40 indoor seats and 78 patio seats across three outdoor spaces, we host a variety of services including brunch, dinner, live music nights, and private events such as weddings.
What You’ll Do- Work on the floor leading the front-of-house staff
- Support, coach, and motivate serving staff to maintain high performance
- Ensure smooth, organized service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager on service standards and execution
- Maintain a strong presence during high-volume and high-pressure service periods
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail
