Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team in providing high-quality meal service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food handling and preparation.

This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while contributing to a positive experience for our patrons. Will be working in a Food trailer, so being able to keep steady in a fast-paced environment, and learning to deal with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with meal preparation, including packaging, assembling, and cooking
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards in all food handling activities
• Serve food to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Follow all food safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
• Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
• Being able to take orders and cook, handling customer services and cleaning afterwards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is required(Minimum 1 year)
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards and Food Handlers Certification is required
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness according to health regulations in a faced paced enviroment
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
