The Front Desk Counter Person is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized and professional front counter area. This position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive.
- Provide product, service, or scheduling information as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Process sales, service orders, or payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter area.
- Assist with scheduling, invoicing, or data entry as required.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Restock counter materials, brochures, or supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and security guidelines.
