Braces Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, motivated Financial Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in orthodontics with training and support provided.
Position Type:Full Time / Permanent
Wage:$22–$25/hour (based on experience)
Location and Schedule:South Edmonton, Monday - Wednesday 9am-5pm
St. Albert, Tuesday 12pm-8pm. Friday 9am-5pm (one Saturday required)
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient accounts and set up payment plans
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Handle billing questions with professionalism
- Support front desk and patient coordination
What We’re Looking For- Experience handling financial accounts required
- Dental/orthodontic experience an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
