Executive Assistant to the Director General
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Director to lead our organization with strategic vision and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience managing diverse teams and projects. Duties- Assist in managing daily office operations, including overseeing front desk activities and multi-line phone systems
- Coordinate appointments and meetings using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Handle bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks and Office experience
- Manage correspondence through phone etiquette, email, and DocuSign for document signing processes
- Support administrative functions such as filing, organizing office supplies, and maintaining records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Support management with project coordination, report preparation, and other clerical duties as needed
- Maintain organizational standards by ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed
Qualifications- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Google Workspace, and DocuSign
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Office experience that demonstrates reliability and efficiency in administrative support roles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment
