Job OverviewWe are hiring a dependable and customer-friendly Shuttle Bus Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for passengers between designated locations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and excellent people skills.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a shuttle bus while following all traffic laws and company procedures
- Transport passengers on scheduled routes in a timely manner
- Provide courteous, professional customer service to all riders
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and loading/unloading luggage as needed
- Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after shifts
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain a clean and comfortable shuttle environment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays or route updates
Qualifications- Valid driver’s license class 4 or higher
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays if needed
Preferred Experience- Previous shuttle, bus, or professional driving experience
- Experience working with the public, including seniors, tourists, or individuals with disabilities
Physical Requirements- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
- Ability to assist with light lifting (luggage or mobility aids)
