We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and reliable candidate to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customer by displaying and maintaining a fresh and visually appealing seafood showcase.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Providing premier customer service by greeting them and responding to questions.
• Ensuring that the seafood display is stocked, looks fresh and tidy.
• Dynamically selling products.
• Taking customer orders accurately in person or over the phone.
• Selecting, preparing, and packaging customer's request.
• Weighing and pricing products.
• Maintaining our high standards for product freshness and sanitation.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Seafood experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude; strong communication
• Ability to handle high volume of customers while maintaining a positive shopping experience for the customer.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
