Welgold is seeking a reliable and versatile Camp Support / Kitchen Helper to join our operations located approximately 30 minutes from Quesnel, BC.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming camp environment. The successful candidate will assist with general camp upkeep and cleaning, kitchen support, and helping cover the camp cook on scheduled days off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Empty garbage bins and complete garbage runs
• Restock supplies
• Wash bedding and remake beds
• Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation, dishes, and general support
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Support general camp duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Food Safe Certificate (required in BC)
• Previous cleaning, camp, kitchen, or hospitality experience
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are essential
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily needs
