AMK Global is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant and late-night venue with a high-energy bar. We’re looking for someone who can handle late nights, lead from the front, and take full ownership of daily operations.

What You’ll Do

• Run the overall day-to-day operations of the venue (restaurant + late-night bar)
• Be on the floor during peak hours, leading the team, and driving service
• Manage both daytime service and late-night shifts (including 2–3 AM nights)
• Lead, train, and support FOH & BOH teams
• Work with the Kitchen Manager on food cost, inventory, and performance
• Handle scheduling, labour control, reporting, and overall performance
• Manage guest experience and resolve issues professionally
• Oversee compliance, safety, and support events/live music nights

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar General Manager or senior role
• Background in high-volume restaurants, pub and bar environment
• Comfortable working late nights and handling busy bar environments
• Good understanding of labour, cost control, and overall operations
• Confident in managing teams, guests, and working alongside security
• Organized, reliable, and flexible with schedule (evenings/weekends)
